How to reach Romblon Island

(subject to change)

  • Romblon Island can be reached by ferry from either Manila, Batangas or San Augustin (Tablas Island) or Magdiwang (Sibuyan Island) .
    Romblon Isl. also can be reached with outrigger boats from San Augustin and Magdiwang.

From Manila

  • 2GO (ferry) leaves Manila every Monday at 15:30 at the North Harbor, Pier 4, direct to Romblon, Romblon.
    Arriving in Romblon on Tuesday at 06:00

From Batangas:

  • Monte Negro leaves Batangas every Monday, Thursday, Saturday at 17:00 for Romblon, Romblon (stop over in Odiongan on Tablas Island, during holidays direct to Romblon)
    Arriving Romblon, Romblon at 06:00 / 02:00 respectively.
  • Navios Lines leaves Batangas every Tuesday and Friday at 17:00 for Romblon, Romblon direct. Arriving in Romblon, Romblon at 04:00
  • 2GO (ferry) leaves Batangas every Tuesday and Friday at 22:00 for Romblon.
    Arriving in Romblon, Romblon at 06:00

  • At the bus station Buendio in Metro Manila, buses (Ceres Liner) are leaving every 30 minutes for Batangas Pier. It is a comfortable 2-3 hours trip.


From San Augustin, Tablas Island:

  • Monte Negro Lines (ferry) leaves San Augustin every morning at 06:00 for Romblon Romblon. Arriving Romblon,Romblon at 06:45
  • Outrigger boat leaving San Augustin daily at 07:00 and 14:00 for Romblon,Romblon.

From Boracay / Caticlan

  • A big outrigger boat leaves Caticlan on Panay Isl. every morning for Look on Tablas Island.  There is a jeepney trip to San Augustin. In San Augustin an outrigger boat leaves for
    Romblon Isl. at 14:00 or the Monte Negro ferry leaves San Augustin the other morning at 06:00 for Romblon Isl.

From Sibuyan

  • Monte Negro Lines (ferry) leaves Magdiwang daily at 10:00 for Romblon, Romblon (3 hrs trip).
